Ioannis Romanos Christoforidis is a Partner at Christoforidis Law, with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law, transactions, real estate and dispute resolution. His contentious experience extends to complex civil, commercial and white-collar criminal proceedings, including matters involving major corporate and financial interests and proceedings of significant public and economic importance. Ioannis also advises businesses, entrepreneurs and investors on the legal issues arising throughout their operations and development, with a particular interest in investments, emerging businesses and cross-border commercial relationships.
